The Texas Hospital Association (THA) held their 2022 Annual Conference & Expo on March 21-22, 2022.
On the Day 2 of the conference, RTTC Program Director, Dr. Wari Allison spoke in a panel discussion on a topic "Innovative Solutions to Address Staffing challenges". The panel addressed how Texas hospitals can develop sustainable staff recruitment and retention strategies.
